Questions
Do I need to format the card?
Yes, format it FAT32. Then Lumyn Studio saves your configuration to it over USB. If you copy files by hand instead, put config.json at the card root and the image-sequence folders beside it.
Can I skip the card and use USB only?
No. The board keeps its configuration on the card, so it needs one. You still set it up over USB: Lumyn Studio saves to the card while it stays in the board, and on firmware 4.4 the board uses the new configuration right away.
