Overview
The Animate Bundle provides all essential components to jump-start your ConnectorX Animate projects. This comprehensive kit includes an Animate device, a compatible LED cable, choice of LED matrix, choice of LED strip, and a 32gb micro SD card, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance right from the start.
Animate plus setup essentials
One cart for first-time setup
ConnectorX Animate, a 32 GB microSD card, and a JST-SM LED adapter cable. Open Lumyn Studio, create your first config, and copy it to the card.
Four channels, 1,280 LEDs
Up to 1,280 WS2812B LEDs across four channels with a 6,000 mA regulator. Use separate channels for bumper strips, matrix signs, underglow, and accent lighting.
Studio-ready storage
The microSD card stores config.json and image-sequence assets. The included adapter cable connects the board to your first strip or matrix.
WPILib and SimGUI
Configure the board in Lumyn Studio, control it from Java or C++ with the WPILib vendordep, and test LED behavior in SimGUI before connecting hardware.

Pick this when you already know what LED hardware you want and only need the controller setup parts. Pick a strip or matrix bundle when you want the LEDs included too.
