The ConnectorX LED Strip Bundle provides all essential components to jump-start your ConnectorX projects. This comprehensive kit includes a ConnectorX device, a compatible LED cable, choice of LED strip, and a 32gb micro SD card, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance right from the start.

Split a strip into zones that run different animations at once, then chain steps into sequences for match cues and status patterns.

Chase, Fire, Plasma, Confetti, and 22 more animations make it easy to add lighting effects without writing any code. Tune color, speed, and direction per zone in Studio.
Test in LED Commander
Use LED Commander to test your animations before adding ConnectorX to your project.

Animation sequences from Studio
Chain firmware animations into multi-step sequences with delay, color, and reverse flags per step. Save the sequence to your device config and trigger it from the API or LED Commander.

Strip bundle questions
What is in the box?
A ConnectorX family board, a WS2812B LED strip, and a 3-pin JST-SM adapter cable. Strip length depends on the variant you select.
ConnectorX needs a FAT32 microSD card to boot. It is included if your variant lists one; otherwise supply a separate card for config.json.
How long a strip can I run?
ConnectorX supports up to 320 LEDs on one channel. Pick a strip variant that fits your zone plan, or use ConnectorX Animate if you need multiple strips on one controller.
How is this different from REV Blinkin?
Blinkin drives PWM strip patterns from the RIO. ConnectorX runs WS2812B addressable LEDs with per-zone animations, Studio configuration, matrix support on other SKUs, and a WPILib vendordep that reuses your Studio zone names.
