Power from the board
Connect DATA, +5 V, and GND to ConnectorX. The onboard regulator feeds the strip; do not power the strip separately.

Questions
Does this work with REV Blinkin wiring?
No. This is WS2812B addressable strip for ConnectorX DATA/+5 V/GND outputs, not PWM strip for the RIO PWM port.
Do I need a separate cable?
Most teams use the 3-pin JST-SM adapter cable between the board and strip unless your strip already has the matching connector.
